Delivery

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all offered items are in stock and ready to ship. The delivery process usually begins within one working day and is carried out by the foundation TRANSfair, Im Schoren 23, CH-3645 Gwatt.
Collection of goods directly from the warehouse is only possible in exceptional cases and by prior arrangement.

Shipping within Switzerland is carried out with A-Post (PRIORITY) by Swiss Post and exclusively to addresses with a Swiss postal code.

For customers from the EU, we recommend our resellers veldshop.nl and bioform.de - they carry various products from our range and deliver throughout Europe.

If you order by noon, you can expect our delivery in your mailbox on the next working day. In exceptional cases, it may happen that the delivery arrives on the following working day.

The shipping bags belong to Aerarium Nets (Switzerland) GmbH and are made available to you for shipping.
