Terms and Conditions
The following rules apply to orders placed via the online shop www.aerarium.ch
The buyer submits a binding contract offer by completing the entire ordering procedure provided in the shop:
- Selection of the desired goods
- Confirmation by clicking on "Add to cart"
- Review of the listed items in the shopping cart
- Confirmation by clicking on "Order"
- Entry of delivery details
- Verification and confirmation of the order by clicking on "Continue"
- Binding submission of the order by clicking on "Buy now"
The shop operators remain the owners of the goods until the full purchase price has been paid.

Deliveries to addresses outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein are subject to country-specific customs duties and taxes, which are to be borne entirely by the buyer. We deliver DAP (Delivered at Place) in accordance with Incoterms 2020.
The buyer is obliged to pay the amount owed on time using the agreed payment method. Postal payments to our bank account are expressly not desired - please pay instead via TWINT, Postcard, credit card, or bank transfer.
The payment period begins on the day of delivery of the goods and is 10 days. If the payment has not arrived in the seller's account 30 days after delivery of the goods, the seller may issue a reminder with a late fee of CHF 10.00 plus default interest of 10% of the amount owed.
Returns are handled on an individual basis - please contact the seller by email or phone and have your order number ready. Any returns are at the buyer's expense.
For any aspects that may appear unclear, the rules of common sense apply.
